Print industry

Printing machines with different printing techniques and processes are used by many branches of industry. Large-scale printing systems print on a wide range of materials such as packaging paper, corrugated cardboard, newsprint, cardboard, repros and cardboard. Industrial printing applications often require large print runs with low printing costs per print. Reliable, cost-effective and user-friendly CPC couplings help the ink supply systems deliver the ink to the print heads to avoid the risk of ink leakage.

Regardless of whether the ink is water-based, solvent-based or UV-curing, ink leakage is always a problem. Both water-based and solvent-based inks can leave behind impurities, but can also produce harmful vapours. As UV inks only dry under UV light, small areas that have only been wiped up remain wet long after cleaning. CPC's non-spill couplings are your connectors for ink hoses and keep the ink in the system so that the media does not come into contact with the user and leakage is prevented.

Areas of application in the print industry:

  • Labeling equipment
  • Wide format printing
  • High speed digital printers
  • Carton coding printers
  • Barcode printers
  • Mail postage printers
