The development of a custom single-use assembly begins with a custom design. This is a drawing of the assembly for the specific bioprocess application. Each single-use assembly is customised and uses tubing or reinforced tubing, fittings, couplings, filters, sensors, bottles, bags and other components.
avintos UltraPure has combined experience and expertise in single-use technology products and applications. Together we can assist you with development from the concept phase through preliminary drawings, supplier qualification, approved drawings, prototypes, implementation and GMP assemblies. Each application within the upstream and downstream process requires a different approach.
We will work with you to design and optimise your process with each component you specify. Our technical expertise allows us to provide valuable feedback for process improvements or even avoid expensive mistakes.
The first step is a discussion with our specialists to find out which solutions are possible for your specific production process.
We work independently of brands and will therefore not push you to use certain components or not. Your preferences are 100% the focus.
The preceding discussions are followed by a series of sketches which, once approved, are converted into official drawings. This process is carried out in collaboration with our subsidiary the assembly company Ultrapure International.
Subsequently, non-binding prototypes are produced and tested. This makes the designs clearer and more tangible. Any changes are easily adapted (and free of charge).
Once we have agreed on the design, we submit a competitive offer. After approval, orders can be placed. As soon as we receive an order, it is processed immediately. We look at the current stock of components and check whether parts need to be purchased. The assembly then flows into the planning of UltraPure International's cleanroom.
Assemblies are manufactured by professionally trained operators in ISO clean room environment (Class 7) at Ultrapure International. After production, all items are inspected by our quality control employees against the signed drawings.
Subsequently, the assemblies are irradiated or sterilised. In the meantime, full Certificate of Conformance (CoC) is prepared.
Finally, the single-use assemblies are delivered to you. They are ready for immediate use.
Would you like to learn more about customised single-use solutions for your production process?
UltraPure International is our own common brand within the Indutrade Group. With more than 10 years of in-house experience and our own ISO Class 7 cleanrooms, we assemble single-use systems and, thanks to a comprehensive product range, can offer a variety of individual components and, above all, pre-assembled sets.
Customised design, flexibility and quality are very important to us and make us a reliable partner when it comes to finding the best solution for our customers in terms of reducing time, risks and costs.
CUSTOM DESIGN
Working closely with our customers is important to us. By studying the current processes together, we determine the optimal solution for your system. Our biggest advantage here is that we work completely independently and are not restricted by any specific brand. This allows us to put together the best components from all available brands to meet your requirements much more efficiently. Revalidations are thus not necessary - which saves a lot of time and money.
FLEXIBILITY
avintos UltraPure is flexible in many ways. We are open to your ideas and requirements and will be happy to advise you. For example, we offer customised labels and certificates and guarantee a quick response to technical changes or redesign of the assembly. A direct contact person is always available to assist you with all your questions.
QUALITY
The pharmaceutical industry is known for its strict quality requirements. That is why quality is one of our most important priorities. At UltraPure International, quality is expressed through three main points:
1. we only use quality products from suppliers who have been manufacturing components for use in the pharmaceutical industry for many years.
2. through our ISO14644-1 certified class 7 clean rooms, we guarantee a clean environment, specifically according to your requirements.
3. the assemblies are delivered with a "Certificate of Conformance" of the assembly, including parts list with all manufacturer numbers. If applicable, a certificate of irradiation will also be issued.
