Fluid Transfer

If you want to connect two process steps in a bioprocessing process, it is important that this is done quickly and safely without any fluid leaks. CPC quick couplings ensure that a properly sealed connection is made as soon as you hear a click from the connector. You can choose a version with a valve so that the connector seals the tubes as soon as the connection is disconnected.

If you want to combine two tubings or split one tubing into two, use a Y-transfer set. If you want to keep the flow rate of the liquid approximately the same, you can install a Y-reducer.

At certain points in your process it is important that the fluid transfer is aseptic. In this case, it is best to opt for aseptic quick couplings.

All these components are suitable for use in cGMP environments. Only FDA and USP Class VI compliant materials are used.
