SAFFIX Splash Guard Type SFX

Saffix is a splash guard for flange connections. It is required for pipelines carrying dangerous liquids such as acids, alkalis or flammable liquids (according to TRbF 50 § 8.3).

The Saffix velcro splash guard has fine micro loops inside, which function like a sponge and, in the event of a defective seal, can deflect liquid in the direction of the pipeline while simultaneously reducing pressure.
