The AKH2.2 is a two-piece lined full bore ball valve offering high safety factors and stability. The advantages of the AKH2.2 are particularly evident with particularly toxic and corrosive media. The centre flange design is equipped with a static and dynamic middle flange seal and a metal-to-metal body joint that protects this seal. It absorbs destructive pipe vibrations and distortions so that there will be no negative effects on the sealing performance. Thermal cycling no longer requires the middle flange bolts to be tightened.
